I’m pretty sure I owned one of these in a drea m once. In yellow though.

I always find car dreams weird, last night I was trying to revive a barn find type C2 Corvette convertible (some asshole had just dropped a mattress on top of it, cracking the windshield). Strangely it was a ‘62 pre-production version (I don’t know if such a thing exists), but I’m pretty sure I couldn’t have told you that ‘63 was the first year for the C2 when awake, so I’m surprised my unconscious mind came up with that.

So...it’s FWD and Japanese underneath, but these still look pretty sweet. I’d imagine most of these are in non-collector (i.e. beaten) condition, but maybe another 2-ish grand off and that could be an amazing fun-value per dollar.
